09.30-10.30 Leading the future: what are the skills, values and behaviours future leaders will need to demonstrate to lead this change?
For our final panel session, we will hear the reflections of two (younger) CEOs of grant funders on what they think the future will demand of leaders and whether our current notions of ‘leadership’ will need to look and feel very different.

11.00-12.15 Sparking our collective imagination
We will have had two days of thought-provoking and challenging discussion about the challenges and opportunities for community foundations in the future. We have been challenged to think long term, to imagine adjacent possibilities and be generational funders. What does that mean in the community foundation context? How can we straddle the need for business as usual and create the third horizon? Together, we shall imagine the potential for the future of community foundations.
