UK Community Foundations will not pass these details to third parties outside the network other than those directly connected to the conference, or use them for any other purposes unless instructed by you to do so.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by UK Community Foundations

UK Community Foundations reserve the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel an event we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

Cancellation by the delegate

UK Community Foundations offer a ‘no refund’ policy. If a delegate is unable to attend an event they may substitute another member of their institute / organisation, providing they have notified the organisers in advance.
